About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Location Manager to lead the daily operations of our trailer retail location in Tampa. This role is responsible for overseeing store performance, customer experience, inventory management, team development, and sales execution while ensuring company standards are consistently met.
The Retail Location Manager serves as the on-site leader, driving retail sales, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction while working closely with regional leadership to achieve company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail location.
- Lead, coach, and develop store associates to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
- Drive retail sales growth through effective customer engagement, lead management, and sales execution.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensure accurate inventory controls.
- Oversee store appearance, merchandising, lot presentation, and facility standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to improve results.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with parts and service teams to support customer needs and enhance the ownership experience.
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members.
- Prepare operational reports and communicate results to regional leadership.
- Support company growth initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of retail, dealership, automotive, trailer, RV, equipment, or related management experience.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Proven track record of driving sales and operational performance.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with dealership, retail, or inventory management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in trailer, RV, automotive, powersports, equipment, or outdoor retail sales.
- Knowledge of inventory management and retail merchandising practices.
- Experience leading a retail sales team and achieving performance goals.
