Leadership Role:
Are you an experienced and driven leader ready to take the wheel of a fast-growing trailer dealership? We’re seeking a General Manager to oversee the full operations of our dealership—including sales, parts, and service departments.
As General Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations, manage a talented team, and drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all dealership operations, including trailer sales, parts, and service.
- Lead, coach, and develop department managers and staff.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and reporting.
- Implement and improve processes for operational efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with upper management to execute strategic goals and growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of management experience in an automotive, trailer, RV, or equipment dealership (or similar industry).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven experience managing and driving revenue growth.
- Experience managing parts and service operations is a plus.
- Results-oriented with a hands-on leadership style.
- Bilingual is a plus.
