General Manager – Trailer Dealership (Sales, Parts & Service).

Southeast Orlando.
 Full-Time.

Leadership Role:
Are you an experienced and driven leader ready to take the wheel of a fast-growing trailer dealership? We’re seeking a General Manager to oversee the full operations of our dealership—including sales, parts, and service departments.

As General Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations, manage a talented team, and drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate all dealership operations, including trailer sales, parts, and service.
  • Lead, coach, and develop department managers and staff.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Implement and improve processes for operational efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with upper management to execute strategic goals and growth initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of management experience in an automotive, trailer, RV, or equipment dealership (or similar industry).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven experience managing and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience managing parts and service operations is a plus.
  • Results-oriented with a hands-on leadership style.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
