Join BANDIT trailers, a new line of steel trailers manufactured in Central Florida. Currently, our team is focused on building top-quality, highly functional dump trailers. In this role, you will aid in the engineering and design implementation of dump trailers. This includes but is not limited to making drawings, creating and updating Excel docs, preparing machine files, taking measurements, investigating issues, getting dirty in the shop sometimes, and aiding in design work and process efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Work directly with trailer prints and real engineering documentation.
  • Build and manage Excel-based systems used in production.
  • Support the engineering team in daily operations.
  • Improve organization, efficiency, and workflow across the shop.
  • Get hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • SolidWorks CAD Experience .
  • Microsoft Office skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Engineering mindset (problem-solving, logical thinking)
  • Reliable, Positive, Eager to learn.
NICE TO HAVE:
  • Project-oriented with real examples of things you’ve built or completed.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing or fabrication.
  • Experience creating or improving systems (especially Excel-based)
